About Our Program
Mainland Rowing is dedicated to teaching high school students the sport of rowing. Our program is a competitive varsity sport at Mainland Regional High School. We race against boats from local and regional high schools in regattas that culminate at state and national events. We have experienced coaches who run progams during spring, winter and fall seasons. Our team rows out of the Dr. John Holland Boathouse in Ventnor City, NJ.

Mainland's home boathouse is located at the intersection of N Surrey Ave & Calvert Ave in Ventnor NJ.
Equipment
We strive to maintain an inventory of performance boats and oars from vendors like Vespoli and Row2k so our rowers can experience a collegiate level program while in high school
Races Venues
Our rowers participate at a range of venues. We race locally at Lake Lenape, regionally on the Schuykill River, Cooper River and wherever National competitions take place.
